PiF Technologies is looking for a Copier Technician to be an integral member of the PiF Team. As a Copier Technician, you will Install, Assemble, Configure, Repair, Service, and provide remote support via telephone, email, and chat for PiF customers. PiF also offers workflow automation software solutions including Document Management, Electronic Forms, and Accounts Payable Automation.

What you'll be doing

  • Installing, Assembling, Configuring, Repairing, Servicing, and Supporting new and existing MFP and Scanners.
  • Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales growth.
  • Manage the utilization of assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results and create superior value for PiF and our customers.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of past issues and resolutions, as well as contribute to the PiF Knowledge Base on how to resolve common issues.
  • Utilize Ticketing/Help Desk portal to analyze and resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate and interact with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration in a way that is courteous, positive, and professional.

You are

  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • A strong communicator, who is technically savvy and able to explain complex concepts in a way that everyone can understand.

You're skilled with

  • Technical Aptitude, Hands-on Individual.
  • An understanding of Copier/ MFP fundamentals.
  • Basic Knowledge of networking, Windows Server/ PC platforms.
  • Desire to learn more – we recognize we need to train and mentor you to help you understand our other technology platforms.

You Have

  • Analysis & Problem identification skills
  • Attention to Detail w/ a customer service orientation
  • Teamwork/Cooperation & high work standards including a concern for quality
  • Valid Driver’s License and the ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs and maneuver equipment
