PiF Technologies is looking for a Copier/Printer Technician to be an integral member of the PiF Team. As a Copier/Printer Technician, you will Assemble, Configure, Deliver, Install, Repair, and Service Ricoh Copiers at our customer sites. You will also provide remote copier support via telephone, email, and chat as needed. In addition to our Copier and Print offerings, PiF also offers workflow automation software solutions, including Document Management, Electronic Forms, and Accounts Payable Automation.

This role is “warehouse, office, and on-site,” with new hires expected to be in our office daily. We ask that team members live within commuting distance of our Hooksett, NH office. We are looking to train the right individual for this role, Ricoh copier experience is not required but we ask that applicants have a basic understanding of networking and Windows Server/ PC platforms and copiers. All candidates must get certified in repairing the Ricoh product line upon hire.
