About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is ready to grow from a Sales Development Representative to an Account Executive within 9-12 months and isn’t afraid to put in the hard work and hustle to get there. You will be entering on the ground floor of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation industry, with plenty of room to grow.

Phase 1: Sales Boot Camp

  • Go through a “Sales Bootcamp” led by our Chief Revenue Officer with 25 years of sales and training experience to understand our business, positioning, and tactics to ensure your success
  • Cold Calling 101 & Handling Objections: learn techniques on cold calling and objection handling. Learn how to “Sell the Appointment, not the Product” as a first step in the sales process as well as participate in team Role Plays to perfect your pitch. 
  • Become an expert in AI and RPA technologies so you can explain to companies how they will save money, time, and become more efficient.

    Following Sales Training, you will:
  • Dive right into making outreach phone calls, sending targeted email campaigns with the assistance of Marketing, and setting appointments & software demos for PiF Account Executives.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to build your prospect lists via ZoomInfo and LinkedIn, as well as create your content and launch multi-touch integrated email campaigns.
  • Participate in the software demos so you can grow your sales skill set, learn how to position our solutions better, and work towards becoming an Account Executive within 9-12 months.

    After 3 months you will:
  • Consistently hit (and exceed!) your appointment setting goals, call volumes, and continue to build your pipeline.
  • Set qualified appointments with mid and senior-level prospects that lead to closed deals by the PiF Account Executives. 
  • Become Sales Certified in UiPath, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Ancora – as well as other software/workflow automation tools.

About You

You Have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree – ideally you’re a recent college graduate 2021/2022/2023
  • Experience (through work or internships) in sales, marketing, retail, or other related fields
  • Strong technical abilities with Google Apps, Microsoft, and Social Media – and are quick to learn new software. 
  • Must be within daily commuting distance of Hooksett, NH to join us in-office Monday – Friday
