Software Implementation Consultant

PiF Technologies is looking for a software implementation consultant to be an integral member of the PiF Professional Services Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, configuration, and training of our customers on our workflow automation solutions. Our products include cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation as well as Cloud-hosted solutions including Document Management and Electronic Forms.

This role is “remote flexible,” with new hires expected to be in our office for initial training and onboarding. Following that candidates will work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week remote, if desired) and be asked to be in our Hooksett, NH office for team meetings and company team-building activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Play a crucial role in our client’s success.
  • Be responsible for a wide range of tasks including installing, configuring, and training customers on their customized solutions.
  • Assist in the entire implementation process, from client discovery to “go live,” for our digital workflow automation solutions.
  • This includes tasks such as client discovery, working closely with our Professional Services team to provide the framework and documentation of the project, participating in the software deployment and training, getting the customer “live” and using the software daily.

You are

  • A creative thinker who is agile in their abilities, technically adept, and business savvy.
  • A quick learner – we recognize we need to train and mentor you to help you understand our business and technology platforms.
  • Highly organized and able to handle a variety of projects in a wide range of client environments.
  • A strong writer and communicator, able to explain complex concepts in a way that everyone can understand.
  • Willing to travel throughout New England, always within driving distance of your home.

You're skilled with

  • Having a strong understanding of technology and the fundamentals of software development and hardware.
  • A knack for teaching – you’ll be instructing clients, end-users, and administrators with their electronic workflows so an ability to share ideas and information effectively is necessary.
  • Consultative solution development skills with the ability to incorporate; software, professional services, and hardware requirements.

You Have

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical-related discipline OR you have multiple technical certifications that are relevant to this role.
  • 2-5 years of experience designing, deploying or training with a Professional Services/Software Company.
  • Strong technical abilities with databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
  • A natural ability to communicate, a “make it happen” mentality, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Must be within daily commuting distance of Hooksett, NH to join us in-office for initial training, remote work flexibility, and for specific team meetings or project collaboration.
