The current news regarding COVID-19 is unavoidable, and we hope that everyone in your organization is healthy and well during this unprecedented situation.

To best adapt to the current climate, PiF is making some small but meaningful adjustments to ensure that we can continue supporting your organization without posing any risk to your employees or our team. 

As this situation unfolds, things may change quickly. We will be updating this page to communicate any changes to these policies, which will be effective immediately and remain until May 31st

Here's what's going to change

As of right now, PiF’s offices remain open. Our business hours will remain from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and you will be able to contact our support team during that time.

We anticipate an influx of calls in the coming weeks. To best support the needs of our customers and ensure our team can manage each call, we will no longer be routing calls directly to a support specialist. 

You will be directed to leave a message on our voicemail and we will have a support specialist reach out to you directly within 30 minutes. 

We encourage you to take advantage of our email and live chat support options during this time. 

For critical hardware issues that typically require an onsite visit from a support specialist, we will assess your needs on a case-by-case basis before deciding to travel to your office. We want to ensure that our customers who may be affected by the pandemic and need additional support for onsite hardware can receive it, while also protecting the wellbeing of our employees and their loved ones. 

We will no longer be holding onsite meetings or training. If you have a currently scheduled meeting or training, we will reach out to reschedule it to a remote meeting. As of right now, all meetings scheduled after May 31st will be held onsite, but that is subject to change.
