Initial consultation and review of your requirements and project details, followed by a scoping session and Statement of Work outlining project deliverables and timelines.
We implement your solution on your system and allow you to review the system design and make any changes
Consultants will build a solution prototype, provide a visual representation of workflow and then demo the solution. Prototype is then adjusted based on client feedback.
Training includes technical, administrative, and end users and is unlimited. Phase II typically includes training the technical team to build solutions independently of PiF.
Once training is completed, the solution is rolled into production with on-demand consultative and technical resources on standby to assist as initial issues occur.
