docSTAR Records Management

Bar Code:  The DocSTAR Barcode module provides a high performance software engine for barcode recognition from scanned documents. It provides fast and reliable barcode recognition technology that works without any additional hardware support and without slowing down the scanner. Once barcode symbols are read, the information can be used during the filing process to index documents. Barcode recognition is mainly used for indexing purposes to accomplish significant automation.

COLD ERM Print Import 5.0:  docSTAR COLD/ERM electronically captures your documents without printing them. With advanced data capture the data can be entered directly into your ERP.  Reports can be displayed on green-bar or special forms in any font size, on any page size.

docSTAR for ArcGIS
docSTAR for ESRI ArcGIS provides a conduit for organizations to easily view specific Geographic Information Systems (GIS), spatial information and related documents. GIS functionality can help businesses as well as local, state and federal agencies compile and share detailed information like topographic, population, soil, climate and business-related documents and statistics across their organization for specific research and operational goals. Data stored or hyperlinked via a geo-database provides real-time intuitive, actionable information in a map format. Seamless integration with ArcGIS software allows users to easily access GIS layers and features while instantly displaying related GIS maps, data and documents. The Geo-linking can be used by government agencies such as planning departments, creating a digital map of stop lights, manhole covers and other infrastructure. Integration Agent:  When you do not need all of the power of integration suite, integration agent provides simple, seamless one click access and filing of your documents from your business applications. Simply point and click on a special link or “hot key” within your business management software to instantly view documents.
