As a PiF customer, you may receive occasional emails or contact from Epicor (DocStar’s parent company) regarding service or support. This includes information regarding EpiCare or informing you of a different process or protocol.
We want to assure you that your support agreement and all items related to your DocStar system (or other PiF software solutions) will continue to be handled directly by PiF Technologies.
We advise you to refer to communication directly from PiF or your support contract for accurate information regarding support for your solution.
You always, our customers have complete access to our support team.
