What you’ll be doing

As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s success. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks including installing, configuring and training customers on their customized solution.

You’ll assist in the entire process, starting with client discovery, interviewing and understanding their individual workflow needs and documenting the steps all the way to final deployment and training.

PiF has an exciting opportunity for a self-starting developer to build a development practice focusing on document-enabled mobile technologies. We’re looking for a Manchester, NH area based C# developer with mobile app experience, who is proficient with SQL Server and web-based technologies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing add-on integration connections against various accounting, CRM and ERP system using API’s and database queries·
  • Developing full stack web-based document management access solutions using manufacturer API’s
  • Maintaining our code base and fixing defects as reported by our support team
  • Custom development from customer funded projects

What we’re looking for

We are looking for self-starters with the ability to develop technical and functional specifications based on an idea. If you’re a deadline-oriented person that can communicate effectively with management and act as a development expert, this role is perfect for you. This exciting role will be to develop add-on products to our ECM platform as well as custom programming written for cloud solutions based on Microsoft.Net and RESTful web services.

You should be proficient in HTML 5, JSON and .Net with an in depth understanding of Microsoft SQL Server technology.

  • Closing/booking $500K+ in new revenue yearly. Acquire at least 20 net/new clients at an average deal price of $35K.
  • Meeting with C-level execs on site 5 times per week to demo and discuss our AI-centered automation solutions
  • Working closely with Marketing to generate appointments, identify and qualify prospects that lead to you exceeding your annual sales goal

You Have

  • A “make it happen” hunter mentality and competitive athletic mindset driven by financial reward.
  • 3-5 years of Outside Sales experience in a measured environment; specifically, revenue goals, closed deals, and acquisition of net/new customers.

  • A deep understanding of current CRM systems, Google Apps, and Microsoft Apps.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will initiate contact with VP level decision makers in the Commercial and Non-Profit verticals. The primary role for the BDR is to set introductory and follow up meetings for our Outside Sales team. Through the use of our CRM (Sugar), you will be making 60 cold calls per day, as well as leverage email demand generation platforms such as MailChimp, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual meeting goals. Additional metrics include emails, conversations, and closed deals as a result of your appointments.
  • Following onboarding and training, become proficient in the PiF value proposition aka the “elevator pitch”. Be able to articulate the benefits of business process automation, document management, and how PiF helps companies reduce their reliance on paper-intensive processes in key departments such as Finance (A/P & A/R) as well as Human Resources.
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: During the cold calling process, an SDR is expected to set a meeting with key decision makers; ideally CFO, CIO, VP of IT and VP of HR in the commercial and nonprofit sectors.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 3-5 years of Inside Sales experience in a measured environment; specifically daily calls and monthly appointments
  • Preferred – but not mandatory – knowledge of software sales, document management and workflows in Finance and HR.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range of $28,000- $35,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Commissions of 3% of Revenue on your closed deals, Total Target Compensation $50K+
