Join PiF Technologies as a Digital Technology Sales Representative!

Your primary role will be selling PiF’s digital workflow automation solutions alongside Ricoh workplace technology products. Having some technical knowledge of software and hardware sales, as well as Multifunction Devices would be helpful. If not, we are willing to train and mentor the right individuals with a great work ethic.

What you’ll be doing

  • Closing/booking $500K+ in revenue annually
  • Meeting with C-level execs on site 5 times per week to demo and sell our Digital Office products suite including Ricoh Multifunction Copiers and DocStar Workflow Automation Software Solutions. 
  • Working closely with Marketing to generate appointments, identify and qualify prospects that lead to you exceeding your annual sales goal
  • Finding new customers via outbound calls to prospects as well as in-person canvassing activities
  • Becoming proficient in the software demo of all our products; document management, smart web forms,  advanced capture with Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation

You have

  • Experience and comfort with Google Apps, Microsoft Apps, GoToMeeting / WebEx
  • A quick learning mentality and are an early adopter of new technology and concepts
  • 1-2 years of Outside Sales, SDR, BDR, or Inside Software demo experience in a measured environment; daily calls, revenue goals, closed deals, and upgrades of existing customers, etc. 
  • A two- or four-year Degree; Bachelors, Computer Science, or Technical with a strong “sales gene”

  • On Target Earnings of $70K+ ($45K to $55K base, depending on experience)

  • Understanding of current CRM systems, Google Apps, and Microsoft Apps.
  • Polish and etiquette required to choreograph senior-level meetings at customer sites.
  • A home within daily commuting distance of Manchester, NH and the ability to drive to customer sites throughout New England.
  • A two- or four-year Degree; Bachelors, Computer Science, or Technical with a strong “sales gene”

As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s success. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks including installing, configuring and training customers on their customized solution.

You’ll assist in the entire process, starting with client discovery, interviewing and understanding their individual workflow needs and documenting the steps all the way to final deployment and training.

PiF has an exciting opportunity for a self-starting developer to build a development practice focusing on document-enabled mobile technologies. We’re looking for a Manchester, NH area based C# developer with mobile app experience, who is proficient with SQL Server and web-based technologies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing add-on integration connections against various accounting, CRM and ERP system using API’s and database queries·
  • Developing full stack web-based document management access solutions using manufacturer API’s
  • Maintaining our code base and fixing defects as reported by our support team
  • Custom development from customer funded projects

What we’re looking for

We are looking for self-starters with the ability to develop technical and functional specifications based on an idea. If you’re a deadline-oriented person that can communicate effectively with management and act as a development expert, this role is perfect for you. This exciting role will be to develop add-on products to our ECM platform as well as custom programming written for cloud solutions based on Microsoft.Net and RESTful web services.

You should be proficient in HTML 5, JSON and .Net with an in depth understanding of Microsoft SQL Server technology.

Position Summary

Consider yourself data-driven and detail-oriented? Are you looking for introductory business experience and career development opportunities? If so, you might just be a perfect fit to be PiF Technologies’ Sales and Marketing Support Intern.  

 

As our Sales and Marketing Support Intern, your primary responsibility will be working with our Sales and Marketing team to update customer records. You’ll be using our CRM software (SugarCRM) to update current customer accounts with new and updated contacts. For example, our database might contain the contact information on a Financial Controller or Director of IT, but we’re looking to also include all C-Level and VP Level decision-makers in our customer base so we can effectively push out marketing communications and get our content in front of the right people. 

 

You’ll be responsible for finding these additional customer contacts via tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn and entering the contact name, title, email address, and direct-dial into a Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel document. You will also validate the current contact information on individuals in SugarCRM, and ensure we have whitelist/opt-out status correctly identified. 

 

While this is primarily a database focused position, you’ll have additional opportunities to help build upon our existing sales and marketing efforts. By collaborating with our Marketing Manager, you will have opportunities build out our social media calendar, complete research and outlines for blog posts, and help out on other marketing-related tasks. 

This position is the perfect opportunity for those who are looking to gain experience in Sales and Marketing. We also boast a dog-friendly office, casual dress code, and flexible scheduling. 

How we measure success 

  • Success in this position will be defined by the number of records updated (15-20/hour), tasks completed, development and ongoing maintenance of Sugar CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry, campaign data clean up, and database processing
  • Ensure SugarCRM customer data is accurate 
  • Generate, process, and qualify new sales leads
  • Managing the SugarCRM records pipeline to supply the Sales Team with a healthy lead pool
